Very close to the city center, next to the tram, staff very friendly and helpful

Bad sound isolation (we can hear the noise of the street)

I liked everything

A nice hostel in Cuenca center. The property has good value, the Wi-Fi works great (most of the time) and the hosts are really nice. They really make an effort to serve a plentiful breakfast, especially for the price. The hotel is very close to the tramway, which one can use to get to the bus terminal and the airport.

Unfortunately I had a room that faced the street and it's quite noisy the entire day - this was mostly a problem early in the morning.

Good location, close to the city center. Good value for money, made my stay in Cuenca a pleasure.

For a hostel the rooms are amazing, 2 bedroom dorms with their own terrace, staff were nice

Staff has to let you in and out every time which felt like a nuisance for both of you, and guests not allowed to use the kitchen - a few strange rules at this hostel

I liked my room very much and the space in the hostal in general. I liked having pets around. I liked the hostal was quiet. I also liked that I was given a towel. I found the price and the location of the hostal pretty good.

I didn’t like that kitchen use was very limited, even if there is a full kitchen. I would expect that guests have full access to kitchen if there is one available, and if not, breakfast should be served by the hostal at least. I didn’t like that staff had to open the door for me each time I wanted to leave the hostal or come back. There was a bell I had to ring all the time. I didn’t like that I didn’t have good wifi connection in my room, while the hostal advertise having 5G fast wifi.
