The bed was comfortable. The shower was ok it was clean.

The kitchen only allowed for tea and coffee. No Terrace access I chose a room facing the street with a sliding glass doors to share balcony. That's good. The latch didn't look strong enough to me to stop a willful 10 year old from forcing their way in breaking the sheetrock that look to be the only thing holding the screws in. I asked to change rooms after a male attendant said no to a stick being used block someone from coming in. He got loud. Saying there are no break ins to steal in cuenca for the pass 10 years. The security door to the outside that is always locked. Guests have no key.to enter or leave. An attendant lets you in and out That tells me the family believes security is an issue. Exasperated he call out to a female attendant and gave me another room. The smell of the wooden floor stripping is really strong. I needed to open the window to help. It is facing a parking lot. Lots of rules. No alcohol. No being inebriated. No cooking., breakfast only coffee or tea is to be made from 8 to 10. In kitchen. Kitchen is off limits to guests outside those hours. I'm sure there are other rules. It's someone's home with children I think. So the rules are necessary n that environment. I will go somewhere else. Next time

La atención!!! Todo perfecto

The location is amazing, in the beautiful historical center of Cuenca. Also the staff is super friendly, it's clean and the shower is good. For a small price extra you can order breakfast and a laundry service. Definitely recommend it, when I return to Ecuador I will go back here.
