"Excellent value, clean, comfortable, quiet stay!"

Excellent value very clean and comfortable stay. It was already very clean but the stuff still tidied up and gave you fresh towels each day. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful as well.

The first image in Google Maps is a pool but there is no pool

Очень чистый, красивый, ухоженный гестхауз. Уборка номера с заменой полотенца и туалетной бумаги Ежедневно!!! Отличный смеси, регулирует подачу холодной и горячей воды с хорошим напором Есть лифт! Довольно тихо

Комната с окном на общую открытую террасу, без вида. В моем номере было кривое зеркало в ванной комнате. Отсутствие нормального окна и нормального зеркала дают психологически "придушенное" состояние чувствительным людям.

Really quiet and well located. Friendly family and good food available at their cafe.

Unfortunately the bed did hurt our backs. But other than that we really liked our room.

Very spacious rooms that are kept immaculately clean, with bed made and fresh towels provided each day which is rare for a homestay. Staff are very friendly and the brunch café downstairs is tasty with fair prices for a western style menu.

"Great flexible stay"

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly, stayed here for 5 nights and extended one more night with no problem. They tidy your room every day and make it smell so nice. I had a balcony room, and my only tip for extremly light sleepers is to have some noise cancelation for you ears. Not noisy neighbourhood at all but there can be some noise from heavy rain and chickens.

"Little gem on the edge of Hoi An. Loved it."

Amazing sized rooms. Great facilities and attentive staff. Cafe downstairs serves lovely brunch food. A really nice place.

Towards the top of our budget, but worth it.

"Very lovely stay with local family owners"

Lovely owners, helped us on numerous occasions such as motorbike rental and were very kind people. They gave us fresh towels and made our bed everyday, and the room was very clean. Also a very quiet stay which was a nice change.

Homestay is spotless and room is very comfortable with a good breakfast and free use of bicycles. The family are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
