"A nice stay in Hoi An"

Very nice owner and staff. Very helpful when my credit card had fraudulent charges so I had to contact Visa. Nice breakfast. You are away from the crowds in the old city, but you can use one of their bikes. The owner helped adjust the bicycle seat. It is quiet and the roosters wake you up.

The single room had little option to hang your clothes. Hand soap would have been good.

"Peaceful place"

Really enjoyed my stay here, had a single room all to myself (a treat after staying in hostels for most of my trip) and was great value for money, all clean, comfy bed, breakfast included - loved their Mi Quang - and served on the beautiful terrace outside, the hosts are friendly. I ended up extending my stay by one night and glad I did. Location hit the spot for me, a bit more local vibe (I didn't want to be smack in the centre/old town) and you can use the free bicycles to make your way into town, which is a pleasant 10-15mins ride away (depending on your speed), 30mins ride to An Bang beach. I'd stay here again.

Very pleased with everything, the only minor thing would be the sink, was blocked (water was draining slowly) but I highlighted it when I left and they said will fix it.

Absolutely awesome place. They have their own restaurant which is cheap and good. They have nice breakfast, bikes and the best staff ever. Plus the rooms are super comfortable. Beware though, the pool has been replaced by the restaurant so earlier reviews are not applicable anymore. Still, do book!!

Friendly family,extremely helpful, food was good and inexpensive.With a lovely garden eating area .Very quiet location and convenient for market and the beach . A very enjoyable stay👌

The lift was a little noisy , near my room . But no problem.
