Thinh Phuc Homestay

Great little place, feel like home, staying with the family. The pool is sufficient to cool down on hot days after walking around Hoi an. It's a nice stroll to the centre, which took us about half an hour either walking by the river or through the streets with many shops. The room was nice, big enough and clean. Can highly recommend.

Half way between the beautiful old town (10mn nice balad with free bike provided by hotel) or the beautiful cu dai beach (10mn with cheap grab )

Was here for a student field trip and this was our stay. The family hosting us was very nice and welcoming. Room though a bit small was worth the money. Breakfast was delicious and they had speciality drinks! When some of us clogged the toilet the grandma helped us even if it was really late at night. The location is only around 20mins walk and 10mins cycle from Old Town. Hotel provided free bicycles 24/7, used it to cycle to Cam Kim island. Would come again!! Also they had a water cooler for hot and cold water, and refrigerator, and laundry service.

This homestay was great. The room was comfortable and they have different options for solo and non solo travelers. They have a small but very nice and refreshing swimming pool. The breakfast was good and you have around 6 options to choose from and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have beach bikes for free which is great if you want to cycle around Hoi An. The facilities are really beautiful and we'll taken care of. It was overall a lovely stay.

The single room I stayed in says "garden view" on Booking, but the view is when you open the door that goes to a corridor that more guests use and it has no windows, so it doesn't really have any view. For the price it was ok, but I wouldn't sell it like that.

The homestay is some distance from the center and therefore has a quiet and rural feeling. It even has a small swimming pool. It shares the garden with an excellent restaurant next door. I arrived with the night bus from Nha Trang and couldn't find the place straight away because it's hidden in a small lane. When I finally found it, they gave me the room straight away so I could enjoy a nice shower. As I did not qualify for the free breakfast that first day, I ordered an avocado toast, which was really excellent. Altogether, this made a tremendous difference for the quality of my sightseeing that day. I had an extremely enjoyable stay, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you very much Thinh Phuc (in contrary to what is mentioned above, I stayed 2 nights)
