Thinh Phuc Homestay

Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed having breakfast there. Rooms were clean and fresh. Good choice of breakfast. There is also a very good restaurant just next door. Do not do the mistake of going there on your last evening as we did :)

We missed kettle a bit.

Nice clean rooms with a good shower. Free bicycles, not far from the Hoi An center. Very friendly staff. Clean and nice pool.

lovely place to stay just out of the old town. Free bikes to use whenever. breakfast included within the price and reasonable portions. lovely family who make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the pool view double room which was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Very good value for money and really enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend to others looking for a nice quiet Homestay.

only thing to fault would be the size of the Bed linen/ duvet, for two people it is quite small.

what a great find!! The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, the breakfast was delicious with a great choice and served in a beautiful garden next to the pool. The family who run the homestay were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much for them-I’ll definitely return here given half a chance.

Nice family, good value, great food.

It is a bit off the centre (which has its advantages as well).

Even though the communication with most of the family was through the translation app, everything was great and they gave their best to make our stay as great as possible. They were very friendly and always smiling as well as very welcoming that our stay here felt great. The family also has a tailoring shop, so in case you want to tailor yourself something beautiful, this can easily made in one go (I am super happy with the suit/jacket I got tailored and the price was very fair). If you dont like to get something tailored you need to show some resistance. :D Free bicycles offer the opportunity to go to the beach (4 km) or the city center (1.5 km) anytime. The beach was really nice. They even loaned me a scooter for free to go to My Son which was extremely forthcoming. The rooms, the pool and the whole place were clean and there was nothing to complain. The breakfast provided the best omelette I have had in Vietnam so far. Thank you so much for making our stay in Hoi An so memorable :).
