Nice bath, upstairs room had a beautiful view

When I first arrived, the bath tap wasn't working and the TV was missing from the wall. I ignored the TV and we agreed I'd just use the shower head to fill up the bath. I clearly showed the proprietor that I was filling up the bath. I then locked the room and settled in for a relaxing bath before bed. 20 mins after I got in the bath there was a loud banging at the door. I ignored it as I was in the bath relaxing. 5 minutes later more banging and now shouting. It turned out they'd called the repairman to come and fix it mid-way through my bath without asking me... This stressed me out a lot When I came to the bathroom in the morning there were multiple dead cockroaches The next day I decided it was best to just change rooms. Despite the missing TV and broken bath, they charged me extra for this. The new room was nicer, upstairs with incredible views and a TV, but also absolutely crawling with tiny ants throughout the entire room, in the bed, on the desk, in the bathroom, everywhere Broadly the service provided by the lady running the place was essentially disrespectful most of the time. Breakfast was late multiple times The location was also a little too out of the way for my liking

Everything was perfect. We ended up staying more than expected because everything about this villa was exceptional. The facilities were gorgeous, the swimming pool is amazing. It is a perfect place to stay and relax. We were working from home, so the studio room with kitchen worked out great for us. We were unlucky to be in Hoi An during the biggest flood of the last decades, and even in this situation, the staff managed to help us, going above and beyond to make sure we were safe. They even arranged a small boat to take us and our bags to a safe place and arranged a transfer and offered us a stay in another hotel in an unaffected area of the city.

Everything about the Villa is incredible. It is locate far from the center, which for me as someone who is working while travelling was a perfect spot. It is calm, the view is stunning and the internet is fast. We stayed in the studio with a kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking meals. The bed is comfortable, the room is nicely decorated, spacious with lots of storage spaces as well. We ended up staying for 3 weeks there, because we felt very at home. The staff is kind and very helpful. They made sure we felt safe during the flooding days. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the common areas are comfortable as well. If you rent a bike you can get to the Old Town in 7 minutes. We understand that this location is a bit remote, but we felt safe even going out at night.

At first glance a beautiful accommodation. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Cheap.

Unfortunately my room was very dirty. Cobwebs on the ceilings, cabinets totally dusty and dirty, Mold under the toilet seat and the worst were the huge cockroaches. When I got up in the evening, one crawled over the headboard… You couldn’t choose anything for breakfast.

Очень стильно, чисто, шикарное и комфортное постельное белье. Вид из окна, бассейн. Рядом с виллой живет сосед, который всегда предлагает покататься на бамбуковой лодочке и улыбается ! Покатайтесь)

Если вы из стран СНГ и любите «плотный и соленый» завтрак, поговорите за ранее с персоналом что бы вы хотели. Завтрак очень простой и за общим столом. Мы один день жили с европейцами, и на завтрак приготовили сладкий блин с бананами. Было вкусно, но не наша еда. Поехали после в кафе завтракать. Если у вас чуткий сон, у реки ночью могут кричать птицы😊
