La habitación era cómoda

La dueña solo quiere dinero, es lo único que le preocupa. No te pregunta si necesitas algo de la habitación solo te intenta vender todo tipo de excursiones. Nosotros nos fuimos y aún llamó para decirnos que no le habíamos pagado un día de moto. Luego se disculpó. Además si necesitas algo, no suele haber nadie para ayudarte. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones, la primera estaba limpia pero en la segunda el baño olía a meado. La ubicación tampoco nos gustó porque si no vas en moto, está bastante lejos de todo.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liegt ca. 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Durch den kostenlosen Fahrradverleih und auch die problemlose Rollervermietung ist das aber absolut kein Problem. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, schön und sauber. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele gut Tipps.

I stayed in the studio with a balcony and kitchen, and I loved the accommodation. It was exactly like in the pictures. It’s great to wake up and see the sunrise by the river.

I am a solo female traveler and didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the location. The area is quite dark at night and a bit far from the Old City. I had some difficulty getting a taxi through the app at night, as some of my requests were declined. There was also no staff on-site during the night, which made me feel a bit insecure. To be clear, nothing bad happened — it was just my personal feeling. The breakfast was very simple and not satisfactory for me. On the positive side, the place itself is very nice if you plan to stay in and relax. Also, the woman who stays at the property is very kind, although she doesn’t speak English.

Such a serene view

Very spacious apartment with an amazing view of the river. It is conviniently located near the center by motorbike but away from the crowded area. A very peaceful and relaxing place with stable high speed internet for remote working. The property rents their own motorbikes and can get a taxi to take you to the airport at a very reasonable price. This has been the best place we have stayed in Vietnem. Highly recommended.

Huge rooms, gorgeous river view, attentive and helpful host there for anything you need! Lovely pool and short grab ride to old town. Highly recommend the coconut boat and cooking class that the owner organised at a better price than available online. Our boys (10 and 16) loved it.

No negatives!

I wish there was a way to give more than 10 ratings. * It had a great location, great views. * Had all necessary amenities. * Staff was really helpfull. And now comes the part which made all the difference. Our host Ms. Hoa made our trip memorable. She helped us get a yellow scooter to match with our outfits. She helped us catch the flight to Hanoi which we could have missed,if she didn't helped us. In words I cannot explain how much I want to thank her for the great service she is providing at this property. Thank you Ms Hoa.

Nothing to dislike

La struttura è carina, la camera molto spaziosa anche con angolo cucina e terrazzino. È sita fuori dal centro, le finestre offrono una vista molto rilassante, con affaccio sul verde e sul fiume. La struttura affittata motorini, il percorso a piedi è piuttosto lungo e non proprio comodo. La pulizia è assolutamente da migliorare, il bagno era piuttosto sporco, così come la camera, che in vari punti appariva molto polverosa. Il guest è stato piuttosto disponibile tramite wapp ma in struttura l' organizzazione era carente, al nostro arrivo era presente solo una donna che non parlava inglese, in serata la reception era vuota e abbiamo dovuto attendere l' arrivo della stessa per il check out alle 7.00 il mattino dopo. Avevamo bisogno di un taxi per l' aereo e abbiamo scelto di cercarlo in autonomia, a un prezzo inferiore rispetto a quello offerto. Avevamo pagato per la colazione ma alle 7.00 non era ancora disponibile. Esperienza deludente.

Todo increíble, desde el minuto uno la chica ya nos escribió preguntándonos todo sobre nuestra llegada, nos dio información sobre las excursiones y que ver a los alrededores, nos facilitó una moto de alquiler y también nos llevaron al aeropuerto desde allí y a gran precio, el desayuno espectacular, cada mañana cuando llegábamos la chica nos lo hacía al momento, sin duda si volviera a Hoi An volvería a repetir

Está un poquito apartado de lo que es el centro de Hoi An, por lo que si no alquilas trasporte te será un poco difícil moverte, aunque el propio hotel tiene bicicletas para los clientes
