Bon Sand Villa & Spa Hoi An

The atmosphere and experience of the villas location being away from the ultra busyness of its old town, and not to mention its expansive riverfront vibe. Beautifully humble setup, with little rooms and a touch domestic experience. Amazing breakfast setup by Dui and Co., simple yet oh-so delicious - the perfect note to start the day.

It's a little far from town, especially if you have an itinerary centred there and travelling with elderly. Perfect for the younger crowd or a pro-longed staycation to just soak in this beautiful escapade. Highly recommend Bon Sands Villa.

New modern look hotel with nice decorations, comfortable beds, bathroom with bath, friendly & helpful owner.

Location is far from main area. Took a bit time to get a Grab to/from here. From our balcony we sow trashes by the river, it only takes 10min to collect it and the view would be more pleasant.

Right on the river perfect location, place was clean staff was friendly. Family owned gem, it is close enough to downtown where travel is easy and far enough away to get some peace and quiet from the busy streets that can be overwhelming. Would definitely stay here again when we are back!

It was far from the old town as per Hoi An standards so if you are returning late, it gets expensive and also slightly lonely. But I found the town very safe so no worries on that aspect.

Really friendly owners, very helpful. Clean with great Internet and nice river views. Slightly out the way but no problem as we hired a scooter. Bicycles were available. Nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. Nice and quiet for a great sleep and relaxing time.

We booked the studio with balcony, and this was by far the best room we've stayed at in Vietnam for the price point. The room as exactly as shown in the pictures, with the highlight being the balcony facing a lake, which is extremely peaceful to wake up to every morning. The property itself is in a secluded area away from the chaotic touristy areas of Hoi An. It has a nice swimming pool, a dining area and a garden that opens up to a lake. One can easily spend a day at this property in itself. The host is fluent in English, extremely enthusiastic and helped us with all our needs during our stay such as renting a bike, booking a bus to Hue and helping us with things we can do in Hoi An during our stay. The free breakfast, though limited was more than what we could ask for at this price point, and they had vegetarian options available for us!

No elevator so you need to carry your luggage up-stairs, but this is expected at this price point. Breakfast was very limited. The digital lock for the door to our room was broken and the part where you put in the key was a bit difficult to find. A little far from common places of interest so you will either need a bike or grab to get to these places, which can easily be an issue on a rainy day. (on the flipside, it has many cafes at walking distance so not exactly a negative if you're not looking to tick off the touristy places of Hoi An but looking to relax and soak in the local life)

Great beds and wonderful view. Breakfast was something different each day. Duy is really lovely. Bath is huge!

No near by restaurants but easily accessible with grab.

Amazing location, ten minutes bike ride from town but it felt as if we were in the countryside. Lovely pool, large room and great amenities.

The hotel is set outside Hoi An in a peaceful neighborhood and just a 15min bicycle ride to the center. Bicycles are provided free from the hotel, they also had one with baby seat. Family room was huge and beautiful with balcony overlooking the river. The pool is super relaxing after a hot day! The hosts are very kind and helpful with a good english. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was one of the best we had in Vietnam. Absolutely would recommend to choose this hotel!
