Jaipur Marigold Homestay

The family is very friendly and cooperative as per our needs. Very safe to stay and location is very near to main road as well. Rooms are very neat, with all the facilities.

Nothing at all

This is a lovely homestay with a very clean room, 24 hot water and great Wifi. The owners are lovely and spoke perfect English and were always happy to see us. We luckily were able to check in early after a quick phone call with the owner as our train arrived at 6am. The tuk tux was 150 from the train station to the homestay as it is not in the city center. We were really happy with our choice to stay here. The area the property is located in was excellent, it was so quiet at night and we slept very well here. From the first floor terrace you can see kids flying kites in the street and the occasional random cow wandering down the lane, a really nice little local snapshot. It is not a glossy touristy area at all so there is no hassle. The surrounding area has all the shops you could ever want with a supermarket across the main road and an excellent restaurant/bakery called Rhadika that we ate at 7 or 8 times and had excellent service at. Street Dhaba's do omelettes and pizza and everything in between. There is also a green grocer across the main road and we bought fresh fruit and vegetables at local prices. Everything here is at local prices. The whole time you are treated as a local, you don't get hassled by anyone in the shops or on the street. It's just regular Indian life. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property was really good but it was a little distance from the city center which means you need to use Rickshaws to get in and out of town but that's the only negative thing I can think of. We would stay again.

The owner and is child was very nice to me. The location was quiet and they give paper for the toilet. Hot water in the shower also

They don't have wifi

NOTHING.

They charged an extra RS. 160 in the name of a service charge, which was not mentioned in the app. The app described that they provide amenities, but they were not provided. There was no available drinking water, and the owner's son's behavior was very rude.

Wow! So clean, quiet place! I'm happy to find this neat guest house. Owners very hospitable and making many things for comfort staying. Just in 3-5 minutes there are all you need: 2 restaurant (Radhika best for thali), supermarket, fruits and vegetables, coconuts. People not staring to you if you a foreigner :)
