Addressing, no signboards to show it's the right place. Give guests details of the appartment early enough,.like one hour after booking so they know where the keys are and the condition of the booking to avoid guests arriving early and being stranded outside with no signs of hostels or reception or anyone to talk to. Answer your calls always.

That we didnt have to sleep in the street

The room was too small, bathroom was size of one person (2x1mts), and living room was smaller than room and full of things from the owner everywhere. If we needed water the sink was full of dirty dishes and old food in pans. We tried knocking on the owners room door like 10 minutes after she opened the front door for us and she never answered. We didn't see her again only first time when we got there and she opened the door. Not a nice experience and definitely not worth the 34 euros.

We was in this accomodation for 2 nights. The lady was pleasant and nice, although the communication with her was minimal, which did not bother us.The toilet was small and messy. The room was also small, but the bigger problem was that we didn't have space for our private stuf because the wardrobe and the table were occupied by other people's things. The mattress was composed of several parts, so it had uncomfortable depths and was sliding. The whole room and bathroom were very dirty, which made the stay unpleasant.
