The host is a very very nice and sweet person

The lady who met me was very gracious and friendly. She even offered me some supper when I explained that I had missed my flight and this was a last minute booking.

No signage outside and the property looked closed up/abandoned. I was ringing the bell at the gate for a good few minutes in the hope that I had the right place, finally the lady arrived from some other property across the street. Upon arrival I was charged an ETXRA 2€ for “taxes”, this should have been included in the price at the outset and because I arrived after 22:00 I was asked to pay an extra 10€ for late check in (even though I had only booked a few minutes earlier at 21:57), this DEFINITELY should be reflected in the price BEFORE booking. There was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom or anywhere else to be found, the room was cold, and still cold in the morning after the electric oil filled radiator had been on full blast all night! The shower was awful, it was tiny @0.75m2 with a curtain that tried to cling to my legs if i didn’t have my bum pressed against the tiles.

No staff. Neighborhood not so good…
