Ten out of ten. Super friendly hosts, nice and comfy room. Great tips for doing stuff around the city. And within walking distance of union station, circa 30 mins.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable with a coffee maker and small fridge. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. All very clean and new. Location is good, close to streetcars and subway, but on a quiet street.

A larger desk would have been handy as I was doing some work. Not much of a view. The window looks out to the backyard. But there’s lots of light- wall width window.

The proprietors have a beautiful luxury property in downtown Toronto. It’s gorgeous and immaculately clean and they are the friendliest people ever.

Nothing! Everything was terrific. If you’re new to Toronto, make sure you understand the parking system— which is designed by the City of Toronto, not the proprietors.

The room, the attention to detail, the location, the hosts. Perfect all round!

The property was spotlessly clean and the room was very spacious with mod cons and a very welcome coffee machine. Tom was very responsive in communicating with me and on arrival was friendly and polite. He also gave loads of recommendations for places to eat (all handily on the TV screen too) and visit. Would absolutely stay again if I was in Toronto!

The only downside for me was that the room was too hot for me to sleep well in but I also failed to ask Tom if I could drop the heat.

The style. The energy. It’s superb

The property was beautiful. The hosts Tom and Olivier were so accommodating. We had everything we needed coffee, towels, toiletries. The room we stayed in was so lovely and very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. 10/10 recommend. 20 min walk to St Lawrence market and we could see the city from our room!!

Truly beautiful, modern, comfortable, and quiet place. Like a 5 stars hotel. better than on pictures. I recommend 100 %
