La difficulté à accéder au lieu en raison de travaux, le prix quelque peu élevé pour une chambre sans salle de bain privative.

I had a very beautiful stay here. Truly feels like a home away from home. The space is full of charm, and there’s a deep sense of warmth that makes you feel instantly welcome and safe. It’s one of those rare places where you can really exhale and settle in. The team made all the difference. Priyanka, Pandu, and Zubair are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. You can feel their heart in the details. James, the owner, adds a special touch to the experience, he has the most wonderful stories and brings a unique character to the house. I would absolutely recommend this as one of the best places to stay in Mumbai.

Only small suggestion I would offer is that having fresh new sets of sheets in each room would elevate the experience even more, as the current ones felt a little worn. Such a simple upgrade would really match the beauty of everything else.

Nothing it was all good

de kleine Oase van rust in het chaotische Mumbai. Het houten huis in het midden van beton. Een gastheer en personeel die je erg goed ontvangen en mee naar oplossingen kijken indien je een probleem hebt.

I had a great time staying at the Ferreiras. Loved everything, the vibe of the house (its like living in a beautifully curated museum) and the neighborhood. Felt totally at home. James was very welcoming and entertaining host. James is a designer and has a beautiful shop upstairs and by opening his family house to guests gives back to the community. Thanks so much also to Pandu and Priyanka. Would be happy to stay again! Anna ps. I would say this is for people who enjoy a different /more authentic experience than a standard hotel.

Liked everything. Some advice would be to take earplugs as Mumbai streets can be loud.
