We loved the house. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city but very close to the West Lake, which you can explore by foot from here. The rooms are impeccable- not only are they very clean but I really enjoyed the layout. Everything has its place and they feel quite spacious. The host is amazing! She’s very kind and helpful. The breakfast which is freshly prepare by her and her friends each morning is the cherry on top :)

The location of the house. The host of the house was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Very close to the lake, also if you want to see the light show at the lake it is all in good location to do that.

Viviens Place is close to west lake and the surrounding but rather a drive to the city centre. It is a perfect place to escape the noisy and busy city!! The area is very quite, the house very welcoming (feels like your own living room). The room was very spacious and very clean Vivien and her family are fantastic hosts and are available for every question and guide you perfectly through your stay in Hangzhou I will definitely come back!!

Very friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms with a modern design. Walking distance from the West Lake, quiet neighborhood.

Isolated location needed a taxi to access the nearest metro stop, the room's WiFi only works/works best for Chinese numbers but the hostess was happy to provide a replacent WiFi network
