"Highly recommened"

Such care and hospitality from Vivienne and Sherry indeed made for a cosy stay. There is a calm bright ambience.

We certainly did NOT find it so - but the location could be a challenge for some transport drivers.

"Clean room and super host!"

The room was a decent size, very clean and well designed with all we need. Many thoughtful little details and homecook breakfast was delicious. The house is in the west lake scenic area, as the weather was so cooling, we took a 10 mins stroll walk to lake. 20 mins drive to Hefang Street and Lingyin temple. The host Vivian was very helpful and friendly, she woke up at 6am to send us off and helped us book the taxi to the train station when we couldn't get one. I left my charger in her place and.without hesitation, she agreed to mail it to me when. I was in GZ. I highly recommend Rock&Cozy House.

"Exceptional"

We had a wonderful stay at this Rock and Cozy place! The host Vivian was incredibly friendly and professional, making communication easy in both English and Chinese. The place was spotless and very convenient, with a beautiful osmanthus tree just outside the balcony that added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and a nice bonus. It's a perfect spot for families, and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!

"I can recommend Rock and Wood as an ideal"

The breakfasts were great ,made by Vivienne and her helper . One day was more British, one day Chinese . Vivienne was so helpful planning our days too and answering questions about the area . Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location near the lake was ideal and the local restaurant nearby was excellent

Possibly a small fridge would be Nothing really , though no fridge in the room which would be an added bonus
