"While the bed was comfortable enough the experience was dissapointing and uncomfortable."

The view was very nice being located high on the hill.

Required to sign a contract of house rules (no shoes, eating or drinking in carpeted areas. Room didn't have bed side tables, lamps, a chair or rubbish bin. Bathroom facilites were not self contained which meant walking thought communal areas to access them. Communal TV, kitchenette and lounge meant limited injoyment. Access to rooms via steep stairs which was a problem for mobility issues. Restrictions/fussy attitude about parking Access to swimming pool was via a very steep climb/path. Bathroom sink was open to view from other residents which was embarassing and uncomfortable. (cleaning teeth, shaving)

"I couldn't stay with shared bathroom"

Didn't stay I have health issues I couldn't share bathroom, after paying for the room and not refunded I don't think this should be on any property, what if you can't show up because of emergency,

Room and had to share bathroom so I couldn't stay
