Very quiet

The view is really all that sells this home stay.

I think they need a professional cleaner as it wasn't clean.. smelled a bit old..the light switches are not in a good condition and some don't work at all ! Sheets were not clean. Bathroom is not private !! The passkey for internet wouldn't connect. The driveway is a very daunting experience I scraped the bottom of the car leaving. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place sad as the view is spectacular Definitely Not worth the money.

The location was convenient for our needs.

The property was not appropriate for anyone with a physical disability ie. Wheelchair, walker. It was not private as suggested in the description. The room was a little musty and images were a little deceiving. Facilities were not maintained as the pool was green. No place for putting a suitcase. We were not allowed to charge the wheelchair which was necessary for any mobility.

Very disappointed with our stay here. - "Private bathroom" is not attached, or even next to the room. You have to walk down the hall past multiple other people's rooms. In the larger bathroom (which we got moved to because when we arrived there was not toilet roll in the initial one. And none to be found anywhere) there is no door for the sink area, so it's not private at all - The room amenities listed on booking.com are mostly shared facilities. So you're paying for a room that contains a bed, some storage, a portable air conditioner, and a view. The view is hands down the best thing about this place, but not worth the money for the rest of it - There is no laundry. You're given a list of house rules and instructed to use a laundromat instead. Part of the criteria I used to book this place is that there was a washing machine and dryer listed as available. As we are here for a sporting tournament this was oretty much the only thing we really needed.. I would have looked past the rest of it if the owners response hadn't been so flippant and rude in regards to this, and then borderline unhinged after a bad review (See below) - It is not particularly clean. There's mold in the bathrooms, and the previous users hair and hair shavings on the floor. The kitchen is dusty - The kitchenette is minimal. There is an electric "oven"/grill (that's tiny, you can fit a couple of slices of bread or couple of burger in there), a toaster, and microwave, and an oven. Each room has a bar fridge in the dining area All in all, this is not worth the money you're paying. At almost $200 a night I'd expect toilet paper in the bathrooms, a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service from the owners, and better kitchen facilities. I tried to discuss some of these issues with the owner and ask for a refund for our last 2 nights and got a rude response about "the terms and conditions on booking.

A lovely big home with beautiful views and we had our own bathroom. Had use of a shared kitchen and living area. Was a lovely quiet place to stay.

Not really any complaints. Wasn't exactly sure from the booking site if we would be sharing with others or the owners but it wasn't a problem as is a large home and we all had our own space.
