A nice room very clean and a pleasant owner.

There was no heating I woke at night cold.

Nice tidy

Can't it was not easy to find the entrance to the house, there should be a sign, and at night you can hear the hum of the water pump turning on

The room was fine for my purpose, just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. It was clean.

Quiet time from 10pm, house rules requested no phone calls etc after 10pm. Not practical also if you have a late night out and need to get back after 10pm.

Nice clean room to rent for a night. The shampoo and shower gel was a nice touch! A lovely, quiet area. The automatic lights going uo the stairs were also very nice and handy. David was very polite and explained everything to me clearly.

The matress wasn't the most comfy but perfectly acceptable for a night.

I was in oxford visiting family so the location was perfect, as it was close by. The room was great value for money and very quiet. I would like to add that even though this is at Botley, if you don’t have a car there is a 4A bus stop a short walk away and plenty of other buses from Seacourt.

Location (accessible transport into Oxford) quietness and comfortable bed
