Price.

READ THE REVIEWS I booked and hadn’t read the reviews. It’s a room in a shared house, shared toilet, no lock on the door. I booked into a travel lodge rather than stay here as a solo traveller. I expect this on Air BnB, but don’t call yourself ‘cozy room’ as if you are private accommodation when it’s just a room in a house. Shouldn’t be allowed on booking.com.

All the facilities were so good and everything was immaculate my job did not go ahead otherwise i would have booked it again . Dave was very friendly and polite and extremely decent person. Who did explain rules and regulations. Very nice room cozy and above All exceptionally clean.

There was nothing there to be disliked , parking was available and room was nice and tidy All the facilities were amazing. It was too good to be true for the price as this was the best value for Money.
