Kind, welcoming hosts. Good, clean, comfortable room.

Not their fault, but road closures made journey into Oxford difficult/long.

"Nice little room"

The room is nice and simple with a quite a few amenities. Dave was really helpful. It was very clean and the bathroom was also uncluttered and tidy.

I was surprised by no lock on the door. I would have liked better communication between the messages on the booking app and via phonecall/ text messages when I arrived
