Locatet in Usera, the vibrent Chinatown of Madrid, and surounded by some large and beautiful parks. Shelton is a kind and caring host. The accomodation felt authentic and homely.

Great amenities incl in kitchen. Very comfortable bed and room. Easy to get into the city. Note: One other room which may have guests and host appears to stay in third bedroom some times.

Very difficult to change booking on Booking.com and host needs to assist in making amendments to dates. Host not very responsive but is nice. No living room area.

Nice residence very good equipment, clean, comfortable bed, cozy, everything is nice

Just one thing, to check in he told me I have to arrive before 8pm while I informed him before that I will arrive between 8-9pm But by the way I arrived at time

No breakfast but a good kitchen to make your onw. Location was good if you dont mind travel by bus. Bathroom was nice and spacey. In the kitchen is a laundry machine. The host Shelton is very helpful, nice and friendly. Appreciated that very much!

The bed feld a bit old and worn, espacially the middle of the matras which was very soft. I also dont like the plastic cover over the matras. The matrass cant "breath¨ so you feel hot during sleeping. Also no window in my room no. 3.

Everything was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, very cheerfull man that served us, I had a great time

Very friendly and easy communication, very good access to public transportation. Not very modern or luxurious but more than suitable to spend the nights of an active holiday.
