Alojamiento LT

This is cosy homely apartment with 3 rooms available, excellent value for what is asked. The owner/ manager is a lovely helpful bloke, speaks a little English. The house is easily accessible from the centre city, ( bus 6, you can pay cash on the bus) but make sure you have the address right, ( there are two Calle Luis streets in the area) and a phone arrangement with the manager to collect your keys. I could not ring him when I got to Madrid, you must get a SIM card for Spain at the airport or whatever...

The host is really friendly. He is really kind, the weather is so hot so he bring for me a super big fan. The house is calm and comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful.

All you can need is here in the common kitchen and bathroom.

No wndow in my room. Not very important for me.

well located but it’s still a bit long to go to the city center. also note that the host doesn’t speak english at all so it was complicated to enter the building

A medium flat with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with lots of appliances, a half-hour walk from the centre of Madrid. I spent a Saturday night there and paid a modest price, considering the summer period and the weekend. Clean, cosy, the owner very attentive to make sure guests had no difficulties with check-in, everything went well although he had to operate remotely as often happens nowadays. All went better than I expected as I had booked a seven square metre room and received a twelve square metre room free of charge. Much appreciated, it's not common that these things happen. Indeed, a few days ago it happened to me just the opposite in the dormitory of a hostel, which should have been thirty square metres and instead was about half that size, moreover without a window and without central lighting or at least no one who could find the switch. And since I had purposely booked a spacious dormitory since in a small one a few days before I had got a bad backache from the strong air-conditioning in the cramped space, I worried about my health and respectfully asked for a free alternative. I thank the owner of Alojamento LT who showed great care and precision, so that nothing appeared misrepresented in the flat.

Not necessarily a deal break but it took some time to get into the property.
