"Excellent location, attentive hosts"

Excellent location within 10 minute drive from many beautiful hiking trails. Within a few minutes from Safeway and Whole Foods. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Spacious and has everything you need from toiletries, towels, all the dishes and small appliances. Sandra was wonderful, excellent communication. We loved our stay, will stay here for future Sedona visits!

"Good if you’re more interested in the location"

- great location; - easy to self check in as we got clear instructions before our arrival.

- most weird thing was the bathroom. The wall between the kitchen and bathroom is not going all they way up to the ceiling and the door has a big gap, so there is no privacy at all. Not sure why this is not mentioned in more reviews; - toilet lid does not stay up by itself, you have to hold it; - place is very small, even for a couple; - even though the cleanliness was ok overall, the bed sheets had stains on them.

"A Delightful and Relaxing stay in Sedona!"

Sandra and Allen were Wonderful hosts! The efficiency unit was so comfortable and very clean! Sandra added so many nice touches to the unit. The kitchen is perfectly stocked! It was so nice to have coffee and tea upon arrival. The views out of the windows of the Red Rock Mountains are breathtaking. We also loved sitting in their back yard enjoying the beautiful landscape and surrounding views. We also loved how close the house is to many hiking paths. The bed, pillows and sheets are very comfortable too. The unit is close to town with lots of great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. Thanks Sandra and Allen!

"Great find under the THUNDER"

Wow. What a find. Literally the mountain is right there. Easy hikes in morning. Great. Nice and quiet. Close to everything. Host Sandra and Allen were awesome.
