Everything. The house, the atmosphere, the location/neighborhood. It was a lovely, clean and cozy home so close to the mountains. We had a great stay with Sandra and Allen who were incredibly accommodating and such genuine and caring people. Can’t say enough about how great this trip was for us, a lot due to Sandra and our stay at their home. Thanks so much.

Beautiful views, quiet, peaceful, dark skies, conveniently located to hiking, shopping and other activities. Wonderful friendly, helpful hosts! The home has two rentals, one unit has its own entry. The second is shared entry with the owners. Sometimes we crossed each other’s paths with greetings or a friendly conversation. For us, we love meeting new people when traveling, so this arrangement suited us just fine. Thank you Sandra and Allen for welcoming us into your home! Namaste!

"Sweet little suite in Sedona suited us just fine!"

The setting was beautiful and the location was quiet, peaceful and very convenient to hiking trails and other scenic overlooks. The private entrance to the studio was appreciated and the off-street parking was convenient. The kitchen was very functional with dishes, microwave, sink, toaster oven, refrig, etc. All the little extras were what made it special!

A few more cooking items would have been appreciated such as a large glass or plastic bowl and a few more utensils. There was only one chair to relax in at night (other than the bar stools), so one of us had to sit on the bed to read. These were only minor issues! Everything else was wonderful!

Very cozy, inviting and comfortable! Home away from home! Very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place for me, traveling alone and needing rest. Sandra and Alen are wonderful hosts. They made my stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location. At the beginning of multiple trailheads! You don’t need to drive to experience the beauty of Sedona wilderness. Everything else is very short drive away! The views from the property are breathtaking.
