There was a stark contrast between the pictures and the actual room — a complete mismatch. While the location was convenient, it was quite difficult to find the place initially, and I had to rely on help from local people. The quality of the room and the overall service were extremely poor. I was deeply disappointed upon seeing the room and left immediately to find another hotel to stay in. Although the payment was deducted in advance, the room provided was unacceptable. As a result, I ended up wasting money on a room I couldn’t even use. I paid, but couldn’t stay — a very disappointing experience.
