"Escape!"

Spotlessly clean, with all the facilities you need. Beds were extremely comfortable.. Enjoyed the breakfast which set us up for the day. Hosts were lovely genuine people. Helped us with local info, providing maps and recommendations. Lovely peaceful getaway with a beautiful garden. Great location 30 mins on bus to City Centre, close to Train Station too. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs within 5 min walk. Close to the beach and the well known Iron Men. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend for a very reasonably priced, peaceful stay :)

Marvelous apartment! It was a stay to remember. Everything as described, it's even better in real life than on photos. Very close to Another Place & Crosby beach. Good communication to the city itself as well. Lovely neighborhood. Many thanks to Al and Jan!

"Fabulous."

Al and Jan were so welcoming. The layout is fantastic. You have your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. Robes supplied. Then access to dining room and kitchen. Everything you can possible need is there. 10 minute walk onto high Street with many bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked down to the beech which was fab after a long journey. A home away from home.

We loved everything.

The reception was so friendly, Jan and Al made us immediately feel very welcome with a great cup of tea. The room was very clean and comfortable as described on the website. The bathroom had a great shower and was very spacious. What is not so clearly described on the website is that you get full private access to the living and dining room and kitchen. We enjoyed two lovely and delicious breakfasts and had a wonderful stay.

There was not much to dislike. The only comment I would made is to take some flip flops or sliders with you that you can wear in the bathroom after you had a shower, since it is a wet room, the floor around the toilet and wash basin gets wet.
