Lovely quiet place in a good location accessible to a broad range of local amenities. A warm welcome from the owners who were around to help if needed. Great to have sole use of so much private space.

"Great base for Liverpool"

Lovely property not too far from the City Centre and lots of other amenities, but in a quiet street which was very relaxing. Jan in particular was very welcoming and friendly without being at all intrusive. The provided breakfast was the perfect way to start a busy day. It was warm and comfortable and clean. Can’t really ask for much more!

Fabulous location & accommodation. Not far to Waterloo train station for Liverpool or 15 minute stroll to Crosby’s beautiful sandy beach. Amazing hosts Al & Jan could not do enough for you. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. Would not hesitate to return

"Location location location!!"

Chose the place because oof the location as we were attending a reunion at a neaby school venue. So the location was excellent. The hosts Al & Jan were very helpful.

The Ensuite bathroom was actually outside the room in the ground floor, which took us by suprise. Though we had the full use of the ground floor we neede to come out to go to rthe bathroom which is next to the enrace hall.
