TEA in Liverpool - Private - Quiet - Ground Floor - En-suite - Walk-in-shower

Al was a wonderful host. Very knowledge on the area and really looked after us. The house was very inviting and spotless. We had full access to the whole of the lower level. The beds were comfy and the walk in shower room was ideal. Really quiet area and close to local amenities and the city centre. We were going to The Grand National and Al gave us some great advice about getting there and back. He made us feel very welcome and I really couldn't rate this property high enough. There is a local pub at the end of the street called The Endbutt with great staff and you need to visit the beach to see the iron men. Everyone we spoke to were so helpful and friendly. We had a smashing weekend in Crosby Beach and Liverpool. Al was a big part of how well the weekend went!

It was lovely to meet Alan and Jan. Jan was very responsive to any queries and made us feel very welcome. Tea is in a beautiful location, not far from Crosby beach. It was clean, comfortable and Jan provided a lovely breakfast. Thank you for opening your home to us 🙏 I would highly recommend 🙂

The place was nice. They laid out food/breakfast, and allowed use of kitchen Just needed a bed for the night.. two nights at first but only stayed one. We were late the following but not out of check in time! Host was welcoming..basically gave us run of the ground floor. Bathroom is for use but is not en suite.

It was cold in the morning - heating was off, maybe for check out?? We only stayed 1 night of 2. One of the hosts left for work early. Did not want to wake the wife as it was a Sunday, so left. It was cold. They did not have to lay out breakfast or could have asked (I did say not to). Not answering phone.

We like everything.

Could not have been better.
