If you don't have a car this is not the place for you. It was a lovely room with bathroom. The ducks were an added bonus but I could of done without the cockerel. the bed is really comfortable and the owner is really nice. You can do toast for breakfast or cereal or you could scrambled egg also as you have a microwave. I would love to come back here as it is so close to most things. but beware it is a single track road with very high foliage on each side.

Great location in small hamlet, Ted (and Lottie the dog!) were really welcoming and the place is really quirky, with lovely geese, chickens and a duck pond. Room really clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and fresh food/milk for breakfast. Really lovely.

Had to leave early without saying goodbye to the owner due to problem at home, but really liked it there.

It was difficult to find we drove past a few times owner needs to put a bigger sign so u can find it easier and maybe a clean up of the entrance I.e remove clutter

The property was unusual but in a good way. The bed was comfortable and the place was homely. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer. Ted is friendly and approachable. We had only booked his place that morning which was a bit unfair, Ted wasn’t expecting anyone till the Tuesday, but managed to get the place ready for us. Would we book again? Yes. Thanks again Ted!
