Penyvoel Hall

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, polite and accommodated my tricky dietary requirements. Sam even leng me shoes to go hiking in.

The house is wonderful and the rooms are really nice and cosy. Staff very gentle and helpful. Wonderful location.

I didn't understood that the room was without a bath. Probably it was my fault, because I didn't catch it when I booked It, but however the bathroom was near the room (in common with others)

All very good. The bed was very comfortable. Clean, spacious, well equipped room. The hosts were very welcoming and considerate.

The breakfast was excellent and covered all the bases - exceeded expectations!

The en suite in our room was on the small side - but did the job

Hosts were very welcoming! Rooms were clean and very comfortable and had everything you could want for a stay at a hotel. Continental Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Stunning views from our hotel room. (jungle room)

The gravel drive up to the hotel is not ideal for lowered cars. Bathroom is small and not much room to move around in there.

Really nice accommodation and friendly staff. Extremely convenient for walking the Offas Dike Path

Only slight downside was dogs running loose that I wasn’t comfortable with

Very welcoming, clean, quiet and good value. We were made to feel very much at home and my kids (8yo and 11yo) loved our time at Penyvoel Hall. Room and toilet were spotless, beds very comfy, handy tea coffee and fridge in room, lovely view from bedroom window. Breakfast was really nice too. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Thanks Sam and Jamie!

Nothing at all - it’s absolutely brilliant!

Very friendly and relaxed family run business. The property was steeped with history. Breakfast was a very substantial continental style.

The drive is quite steep and not good for people with walking restrictions.
