"Perfect location, clean room and friendly host"

Super easy to access and close to the city, Dan is lovely and very accommodating. The room has everything you need plus some lovely extras (bathrobes, chocolates, sweets, fridge with milk, coffee things), bathroom is lovely and new! Very happy and perfect for what we needed

Nice place strategically located between the stadium and the city centre (25 mins from both). Dan is a very nice and pleasant host who readily helped me throughout the whole check in and check out. Room was tidy and clean. Highly recommended!

"Great stay at Dan‘s House"

I really enjoyed the time at Dan’s House. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Also the bathroom is very clean. The Prosecco and the sweets are another sweet addition. The communication with Dan is uncomplicated, also the check-in is easy and as described. Right nearby is a station of the local tram, which gets you to the city centre in 10 to 15 minutes. Overall I really enjoyed staying at Dan‘s House and would stay there again the next time in Manchester.
