Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimize noise. Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room. If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet. There is one allocated parking space per room. If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

I honestly can say that this is the BEST place I’ve stayed in. Along with being immaculately clean, the thoughtful touches really top it off. The bed is so so comfy and the room is so nice and warm. The whole place has such a relaxing, welcoming feel and any questions are always met with such a warm response from Pumpkin and David. The touches in the decor of Pumpkin are so funny. The location is amazing in a lovely area a very short walk to town and the beach and the jacuzzi is so clean and lovely! I will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know.

The property was perfectly situated just a leisurely stroll from the town centre. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Inside, we found every amenity we could possibly need, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Made to feel very welcome by David and Pumpkin. Within walking distance of beach and town centre. Very quiet and peaceful. Room had all the facilities you could need to enjoy your stay. Good Parking
