Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimize noise. Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room. If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet. There is one allocated parking space per room. If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Brilliant Accommodation"

Everything was excellent for us both. David and Pumpkin are brilliant, but I suspect Pumpkin is the boss. The room was exceptionally clean, and everything you could want is in the room. Lovely continental breakfast with so much choice, if you leave hungry, you must be a very picky eater. Will definitely stay there again. BrianF

"A great place to stay with dog!"

A lovely place to stay, very welcoming host David, it was spotlessly clean and it felt very homely. Pumpkin is adorable and she made our Ruby very welcome! Would stay again if visiting Bournemouth. Just a short walk from train station which was a bonus.

"Gorgeous place to stay in Bournemouth"

We loved Little Robin Gate so much! Beautiful house, lovely room and garden view, free parking, some gorgeous little touches in the room such as a Good Luck banner and note from David ahead of my Daughter's competition. Plus Pumpkin, the main attraction of course. David is an exceptional host!

"Lovely Property"

Immaculately clean, the dog theme was something different. I'm not sure if the property is classed as a hotel if it is? more like an air BNB. Still loved the property would recommend

I'm not sure why we were charged £30 for a cleaning service. The bed wasn't made in the morning. The towels in the bathroom were not your traditional white. we wasnt offered breakfast options on arrival, so we ended up spending time finding a place to eat. I thought there would be a continental breakfast available, but nothing was mentioned

Beautiful location, exceptional service and cleanliness. Nice rooms and easy to get around. Made it special with some decorations and a cake for our anniversary.
