Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimize noise. Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room. If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet. There is one allocated parking space per room. If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

We knew that continental breakfast was on offer, which is our preferred option. The range and variety of foods on offer was excellent; all fresh, some home baked, and including some delightful extra touches.We were well satisfied. Our room was well appointed with everything you need for a pleasant stay away from home. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage space for clothes etc, bathroom was small but well equipped, complimentary hot drinks and snacks replenished. Everything was very clean and in good condition, nothing worn or shabby. Our lovely host paid great attention to detail and went out of his way to make his guests feel valued.

Amazing host, so friendly and kind and clearly cares about what he does, his room, and his guests. He took the time out to put happy birthday banners on the pillows simply as a kind and lovely gesture. Nothing I could fault about the property, facilities, or host and value for money next to the centre of town at end of summer was exceptional-you would pay more for a premier inn or a lower standard hotel. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Bournemouth STAY HERE!!!

Genuinely not a single thing I did not like or felt could be improved, David knows what he's doing and has aced it.
