Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimize noise. Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room. If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet. There is one allocated parking space per room. If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
