Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimize noise. Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room. If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet. There is one allocated parking space per room. If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved the welcome from the little dog and owner. Very nice touches in the room such as Happy birthday banners , rose petals, chocolates complimentary water, more than enough teas, coffees and some bickies. Bed was really comfy, television was good size had all the programmes you desire! The bathroom was amazing especially the spa bath just what was needed and a rain shower. Breakfast was lovely even went to the trouble of getting gluten free products in. Couldn't of asked for more. Many Thanks Tracey/ken

Location was spot on,doo close to town but soo quiet as well ,accommodation was exceptionally clean and all facilities were fantastic,the bed might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Modern clean and very welcoming

The little touches like the “forgot something” bag included painkillers deodorant shaving foam etc the ear plugs and eye masks the little biscuits and warm welcome on arrival and the little note welcoming us .. water tea coffee and the room was excellent and very very clean
