I could not check in as no staff on duty

Because I logged a complaint to get a full refund because I was not able to check in due to no staff on duty - but refused by booking.com because they hotel told them I was able to stay - which is not true - rude communication from the hotel no empathy and accusing me - so sorry I even choose this accommodation for my driver that had to drive back 1.5 hours as he could not stay in the planned accommodation late night

For such a low price, I wasn’t expecting such a cute little place. I was very happy and felt very secure and private in my room. It was lovely to have space. The WiFi worked pretty well and the room was very comfortable! Thank you so much for a lovely stay and location. There was also free tea and coffee! There was also lots of tourist information and additional help if you wanted a taxi service or a local tour. It was lovely to stay amongst other families. Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed my stay so it’s hard to think. The room was hot but the fan worked ok to keep me cool! I wasn’t sure at first where the kitchen was

The owner of the homestay is such a sweet person, I felt like home and he helped me with transportation and everything. Such a warm family!

Excellent location in Ubud, I could just pop home any time in the middle of the day! My host and his family was very kind to me, they also provided breakfast every morning.

The rooster woke me up several times during the night.

The entrance is a bit dark and not well organized or clean. The room doesn't have enough light. But is not a big deal. The place is comfortable and very well located, the attention is amazing, and breakfast good
