good value for money and central to all main tourist attractions in ubud. very basic but it had everything you need.

the cockerel outside the room shut in a tiny cage. I felt sorry for it and it was very loud at 6am. a lot of rubbish and building work in the outside areas

Very bad man, HE STOLE MY PASSPORT👎👎 Nobody helped

It stinked very bad like piss, they were working all day on a CONSTRUCTION project which was very loud. I heard a guy spitting around near my windows. It was horrible. Bad feeling worse man. He wanted me at the end when I took off after he stole my passport to pay the whole 14 days instead of 3 days that I stayed. REPORT REPORT REPORT! SUS!

Great value for money

Very simple and minimal

The location of the guesthouse is nice, it's close to the main street of Ubud. But you can't hear the street noise. The breakfast was okay, not the best, not the worst. The host was really friendly.

The room was in a residential area, which was quite dark and did not feel very safe. Also, the bathroom did not look very clean. I felt a bit uncomfortable in this room.

The owner Arsana is really polite and the balicake was good.

It Was very dirty! The bathroom was not eveb private and it Was complete broken... the room smelled Bad. The breakfast was not like on the pictures. You get a a few fruits and can choose between omlette (only an egg in pancake form), banana pancake (just one little one) and balicake (good but not a lot...). The nights were Terrible. In the middle of the night they startet to work with cutting food or doing other stuff, so it Was extremly loud all time! The chicken also makes Noise but this is okay.. the room was dirty and the bathroom too. Also the whole Camp looked not good anymore..

Super friendly host and I liked pancakes for breakfast , also we had hot water and tea , coffee whenever we wanted. Thanks

In fact we had booked room with external bathroom it was a bit scary to go toilet at night cause house literally in the middle of forest , anyway not a big deal. Another thing- rooster just in front of the room that woke up me 3-4 am early morning by cock-a-doodle-doo

very lovely guy who owns the property, very helpful really good location bed was comfy

there’s a fan in the room but doesn’t keep the room cold although the property is set back so you don’t get noise from the streets there was a rooster outside the room which woke me up at 2am. I must have averaged about 4 hours a sleep each night
