"Good, but with some drawbacks"

Location is good, friendly family, tasty breakfasts, good price.

There were little stains on the sheets. This created not pleasant impression. Also fan worked or too low or too strong, I felt a little bit cold after the nights with fan. But without it can be too warm and humid.

Ayyu was so kind, all of them was very kind, the room was in amazing location you can walk to the monkey forest around 10 minutes and for the city, Ubud markets around 20-30 minutes by walk, was good location, the room was clean, have hot water, the breakfast is two options omelette or banana pancakes both are nice, the room is big

The AC wasn't so strong, is good the room is big so wasn't very very cold 🥶..

"Cheap, cheerful homestay in the heart of Ubud"

Lovely homestay in the heart of Ubud. Walking distance to everything and the owners are so lovely and accomodating. The breakfasts were delicious and premises were beautiful. Incredible value for money.

The fan is our room was a little weak but apart from that a perfect stay
