The location! Close to mail road, YogaBarn and good shops and Ubud warung!

Very central location but quiet. I had amazing view to the roofs of Ubud and the nice balcony that you could sit on in the morning and nights, and it was such a nice thing to do. Breakfast was great! Go for banana pancakes! Ayu and her husband were really lovely and helpful and sweet and everything you need from the hosts. Rooms were clean, can totally walk barefoot and feel good about it. I will suggest to have a pair of slippers for shower. Good value for the price.

None! I honestly truly enjoyed my stay. I suggest to take your toiletries and get some toilet paper in the nearest store as property only provides two small soap bars.

The family were amazing, beautiful breakfast every morning included,close to everything, Supermarket down the road for cheap supplies..

Few ants in the room, sliding door has space all around the frame so easy for mosquitoes to gain access. No tv in room
