Heaven in Bali

The beauty and the quite of the area helped me truly relax after a hard week of studying. It’s a bit off the main road - far enough to hear nothing but birds, close enough to not get lost. The staff of the hotel are amazing: very helpful and kind. I felt welcomed. Food was delicious (not big portions though). I enjoyed massage with Koman (sorry if the name is not spelled correctly) and stargazing at night.

The pool water is too cold, very cold, much colder than comfortable

Location overviewing the valley is magical. The rooms were spacious with a outdoor bathroom. Because the higher altitude the temperature is nice to sleep without airco. The people there were so friendly and always ready to help.

De locatie was fantastisch! Vol in de natuur met een adembenemend uitzicht op de 5 bergen van Bali! De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgen dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. De kinderen werden betrokken bij het voeren van de vissen en mochten kijken in het atelier.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui sont les propriétaires. L'emplacement est exceptionnel. La tranquillité. Les équipements. Le petit-déjeuner. Le chalet jaune dans la nature. La relative fraîcheur car c'est à 900 m d'altitude, très agréable. C'est un endroit qui incite à la spiritualité. Si je reviens à Bali, j'y repasserai très certainement qq nuits.

Il n'y a aucune activité à faire à pied autour. Il faut nécessairement un moyen de transport. Et aucun restaurant non plus. Ce n'est pas vraiment négatif, mais bon à savoir.

Gorgeous, quiet property operated and loved by enthusiastic, friendly people. The pool and the view over the jungle are incredible. The food is great. IT was hard to leave the property for hikes or our next destination. Great value all around.

Our room was a little dark and small compared to the one we reserved but it was fine and more private than a couple of the bigger rooms. Be careful if you reserve a sunrise hike or a scooter through the hotel. No one showed for our 3am hike and the scooter had bad brakes -- neither was the owners' fault but ask questions!

C'est un petit écrin de verdure. Fabuleux si vous voulez trouver la paix et un peu de fraîcheur. Vous atteignez votre bungalow par un chemin de pierres, bordé de petites étendues d'eau. Les bungalows sont superbes avec salle de bain dans la verdure. La literie est excellente. Une vue à couper le souffle lorsque vous êtes à la piscine. Et que dire du personnel très attentif à tous vos besoins. Perdez-vous au paradis, rien ne vous y empêche, même pas le prix.

Tout! Le cadre idyllique, le personnel charmant, serviable et discret. La nourriture exceptionnelle, variée et délicieuse. Bravo aux cuisinière. Une maison pleine de zénitude. Nous adorions rentrer comme à la maison après une grosse journée de visites. Nous avons quitté l'endroit avec regret et nous recommandons et nous recommanderons sans problème cette adresse.

Rien, tout est parfait à notre goût.
