The girl who escorted me to my room was friendly and nice. She also woke me up for breakfast just before the breakfast was about to close, which was awesome. Overall a great stay.

Just the fact that there were some mosquitoes was troublesome.but they made they have mosquito net. Which was good

Everything else was really dirty, especially the bathroom and it smelled bad. Communication with the host was really difficult and really not helpful, seemed very cold not welcoming at all. Both nights I stayed there I heard the owner and my neighbours room discussing about some issue on booking, so I couldn't sleep until 23.30. Seems like I wasn't the only one, for me there was also some category problem because I booked over booking.com and then it was a huge problem and difficult to figure out. Really one of the worst stay, I don't recommend.

You get what you pay for, and this place is cheap. Keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. I’m not sure why this place got so many good reviews. I got a bad impression from the moment I arrived. For starters its very hard to find from the main road and the sign on the road is not near the guesthouse. You then must walk down a long and narrow, sandy, dirty, smelly pathway to the guesthouse from the main road – something to consider if you have a lot of heavy luggage/ luggage on wheels. The area immediately outside of the homestay was covered in rubbish and motorbikes and seems to be a local meeting place. The place looks very run down, shabby and in need of renovating and repairs. I’m sure the room was clean, but it looked dirty, with stained walls; stained bathroom tiles, grout, and sink; rusty fan. Bed was comfy but the mosquito nets inadequate. Only a small head mirror above the sink. The room also had a strange smell when it had been closed for the day – a cross between mould and man body odour. Balcony is not private. Outside the room every afternoon there is a large group of young boys who hang about, shouting, smoking and harassing the guests. One boy pissed directly in front of me showing his penis, thinking it was hilarious. This group of boys also followed me to the beach when I was trying to relax and read a book. Not great when you’re a female solo traveller! The boys also run into the guesthouse, helping themselves to the fridge and shouting. I have mentioned this twice to staff and it seems like they are unconcerned. Staff are never on site except at check-in and breakfast time, leaving signs everywhere to say call their number. Breakfast was ok, however took a long time and the placemats and cutlery were stained and dirty. The young girl working there was nice and helpful. I won’t be staying here again. I was very disappointed.

Sudi Homestay Come and see and enjoy a lovely tiny homestay still with the village feeling. Just 15 meters from the shore. Watch fishermen always. Take the rooms upstairs right or straight ahead from the stairs. Been here 2 times already, that means I like it. Tell the crew what you need (food, information, ... anything else).
