When we arrived, we found that our mattress was full of sand. Besides, the towels and sheets were dirty. The toilet looks horrible. The first day we didn't have hot water and also they didn't have shampoo nor soap. However, when we talked to the manager we were transferred to another room and it was better. The breakfast was right nothing special.

Room uncomfortable due to aircon only being cold or off. No blanket at night so too hot and stuffy or too cold to sleep. Toilet on a ledge and constantly wet floor due to dripping tap. My son’s room had no electricity to charge phone and fan was broken. No tea or mugs in room only downstairs where water is boiled in a pan. Difficult to enter property on bike as area too narrow.

Location on beach is excellent. The rooms are basic but clean.

The management is disorganized and not friendly. I arrived midmorning and was told by a staff member to return at 1pm. I did as instructed, but then no admission staff were on site. I waited patiently for an hour and eventually decided to move into one of the available ground floor rooms. I notified the owner who texted me to leave that room immediately and move to an upstairs room. Note all rooms are the same basic facilities. . The room I was directed to has no view, and the room I vacated stayed empty overnight. I guess they were saving it for incidental customers. Service/support is not a strong point of this business.

The price but not worth it and the beach is so close.

So, I arrived and there was nobody cause of a celebration, then I'm absolutely not a fancy traveller, but everything went wrong. The A/C wasn't working and it was impossible to stay in the room, it's actually mosquitoes heaven so prepare yourself, the noise is too much from the locals, staff and guests, from early morning, also the room was really moldy. The second day I stay the staff appear again, they were good because they try to fix the A/C that was keep not working right and they were nice, but they didn't let us change the room or give any kind of "refund" for the horrible night, also the guy at the reception was weird, keep asking personal and sexual questions, that I answered nicely first but then it was too much, also his attitude was wrong, the customer service was kind of creepy I will say. The location is pretty hard to find because the Sudi Homestay sign is 2 street before the right one and you have to go down to a narrow street where you cross pigs, chickens and locals living for 200 meters. I thought it was a good place for a private, basic and convenient escape near the beach but it ends up with just bad memories

It was better than the pictures. AC works fine, you have a balcony where you can watch over the sea and the staff is helpfull to arange te some tickets or an early breakfast.

Facilities are basic.

The property is just right on the beach but have to go through a very narrow passage from the main road to access it. The guesthouse is very basic and has nothing fancy. The wifi works very well and they do provide toilet paper. The ac in our room worked fine as well - it is old but does it job. The stay comes with a breakfast. If you just need a cheap place to sleep this is is for you as it has the basic amenities at a very cheap price.

Overall the property is run down and fixed on the cheap. However it has great potential if renovated.
