Cosy City Centre Guest Room Shared Home

A really nice place to stay a few blocks from Eyre Square. Room is small, but cosy and works well for a solo traveller. There is full use of the kitchen and common living areas, which came in particularly handy during my extended stay.

Stairway was a little steep and narrow and a challenge to get bags up and down, and might be a challenge to those with mobility issues. Other than that, no complaints, and I had a great stay there.

The place is very central, very well located. The hosts were very reactive, which was very appreciated as we booked quite late. The place was spotless and very comfy!

Good location for walking everywhere. Paddy gave us a warm welcome and was available to answer questions. Easy check-in, directions were precise. Appreciated being able to use the sitting room.

The room would have been perfect for one person but perhaps a bit crowded for two. We made it work though - definitely fine for a short stay.

Paddy was a good host and communicated well

Although there was a sign, it is not ideal to have to wait 30mins for hot water. Also the stairs up to the room were extremely narrow and dangerous

Paddy welcomed me on arrival, and offered great advice for local eateries. My room was comfortable. The shower and bathroom was right next to my room with plenty of hot water. The location was ideal, 5 minutes walk from Eyre Square.
