No li se si esta en realidad el alojamiento.

Me anularon la reserva en el dia de la entrada 4 hora antes,si avisar,..estaba reservada antes con 10 meses desde Febrero ,supuestamente porque estaba cerado...no lo se,🤨falta de interes y si no le escribia para avisar la ora de la llegada,no se molestaria en decirme que no esta disponible..tampoco anularon en el booking ..lo demas no lo se no llegamos.alli.

El hotel está en una zona rural de China. Yo hasta entonces solo había estado en grandes ciudades de China y la verdad es que estas zonas son muy distintas. Hotel agradable en pueblo pequeño.

Quietness, High Quality Energy, A Wonderful Restaurant Nearby, Hospitable Staff. Airport Pick Up and Drop is an Add On. Anytime. I still choose to rate between 9.5 and 10. I would recommend this place to Others.

This is only an Observation and Not something to Dislike. Some Insects Settle On to the Pool perhaps because of the Rainy Season and Surrounded by Forest. I wanted to Use the pool and the Staff got the Pool cleaned. The insects came right back. There should be a Solution to protect.

the property staff is very friendly and they have a really cute cat. the rooms were really big and clean and the vibe of the place is really nice

there is HEAVY construction to the property. they are planning to build an airport there so the construction is MASSIVE and like the roads to the hotel is really inconvenient. it’s like bumpy with rocks and there’s massive trucks going around the whole place. and from the construction to the hotel is like 6km and everytime we took a cab back, we and the driver were STRESSED and had a hard time going through the road😭 not the property’s fault but just an fyi

The staff is friendly and speaks English well, making communication easy. We wanted to visit the Kunming center, and the staff/owner can help book a car for you. You can return to the hotel using Didi Travel. The room is spacious, delightful, and clean, and the overall environment is pleasant.

First of all, this is not a fault of the property. To reach the hotel, you must navigate through a large construction area for the new Kunming airport. This can be uncomfortable due to the bumpy roads and the presence of many trucks coming in and out, which may feel unsafe. However, you can rest assured that the drivers are experienced and knowledgeable.

I like the location, the good design building, the lovely cat!so quiet and peace and country. Staff is very care about my feeling, including the driver. It was some muddy on the entrance when I arrived in the night, they clean it the next day. and I like the check out late service very much,:) Thanks for all.

It’s in an interesting location and Nocholas’ staff, a woman and her adorable daughter are wonderful. The restaurant next door makes wonderful food.

My US WeChat account couldn’t recognize Chinese accounts. Because of this, N’s driver left me at the train station to my own devices, an arduous drive for my taxi through the massive airport construction expansion at a cost of double Nicholas’ driver’s quote. Same driver failed to show up on time at 5am for a lift to the airport. He arrived only after I woke Nicholas up to find out where he was. Better, reliable transport is needed.
