Nice and modern designed hostel Comfy beds Hostel provided free transport to airport (we had an early morning flight hence stayed at this place) Food was nice in a nearby restaurant (2min walk) from hostel. Games and table tennis was available for group bonding - would be better if there is more variety, better kept and cleaned and free ktv available to encourage longer stays for groups who are keen to be away from the city and experience the village kind of quiet lives. For city people like us, a bit of culture shock as the road leading to this hostel was not well paved and the gps couldn’t detect the specific location of the hostel. The owner was very nice and helped us move our luggage from the place we alighted off the cab to the hostel (around 1-2min walk)

Even location doesn't close to the main road, but hotel atmosphere is good and have a restaurant with walking distance.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is near the airport and situated in a small village among the hillsides. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They were generous and invited me to eat dinner with them and their family. As a foreigner whose Chinese isn’t great, they never made me feel lacking and did their best to communicate with me. The location away from the city made for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Keep in mind that it is about 50 minutes by car from the city center of Kunming. This didn’t bother me because I intentionally chose this stay for the remote location.

The staff was amazing they picked me up from the airport dropped me off and waited for me to exchange money top tier service

The place is beautifullly secluded. The resident dog & cat was such a delight to have as company. Such a pity we stayed only one night, would have loved to stay longer. Hostel owner is kind & friendly.

There was nothing not to like.
