Very conveniently located as we have family living in Melchow. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The rooms are secure. There is parking on site.

There is nothing we don’t like.

I made a booking at this place like few month before I checked in and sent messages to this property few times but no reply and no one never ever sent me the check in instruction too. When I arrived I could not find anyone to help me to check in. Finally after me and my family had been waiting for 20 minutes one lady who is staying not too far from that place came to us and we were so lucky that she knew the code of main gate. So she help us to get into the building including calling the guy who is taking care of this place to meet us. I understand that this place belongs to the community but when there is someone make a booking the guy who is taking care of this job should have checked the community mailbox everyday and see if there is anyone make a booking or sendind messages. Moreover he was supposed to see if there is anyone checking each day too. We might have to sleep in the car like another guy who wrote a review before if we did not see that lady. Anyway, in my idea as a hotel owner in Thailand, the property is good with a big room with a shared kicthen but this community still needs to improve the management system.
