Touristisches Begegnungzentrum Melchow

Visited family in Melchow. Excellent location; clean and well equipped. Great value for money and community owned.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. We are visiting family who live nearby and this was a very convenient and reasonably priced option. The shared kitchen was a great asset. We will definitely book again when we are next in Melchow.

The recycling could be more clearly explained.

The price was attractive. And the aria is quite. Not overcrowded. There is a shared kitchen where you can make a breakfast.

The most annoying thing was the sun light from the window in the morning. There wasn't light proof curtains.

It’s a simple clean friendly organization. Spotless room double bed. Good shower. It’s not a regular front desk hotel you will get all your instructions via mail or phone.

Not much to dont like. Maybe a restaurant or a coffee beer shop in the vicinity would be nice.

Very nice place in a cozy village, just a bit louder then I expected, because its located at the main road between Biesenthal and Eberswalde.

It's not the fault of the accomodation, but: its not easy to get a taxi there. Also, it was quite expensive. Not exactly recommendable for someone who doesn't bring a car or bike.

Everything was not okey

I sent a request for check in around midnight. A few minutes later I received an email from booking that my request would be granted. I was traveling from France and wanted to spend the night at this hotel to rest as I had an onward route ahead of me. I arrive at the hotel and everything was closed. Nobody was answering the phone. Overnight paid, and I had to sleep in the car in front of the hotel instead of in bed. I recommend this hotel for people who like pay for hotel but spend night in the car :)
