Very clean, felt like home.

Wish there was additional bathroom.

We are in our 80s aharing a bathroom up a flight of stairs made the stay very difficult. It wasn’t clear that that was the case when we booked.

Very clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and hospitality. Highly recommend it.

There is no breakfast. The view was good. The host was pleasant. It was a good base to visit Parksville and Cathedral Grove.

It was in a quiet area of Nanaimo with great views.

The bathroom was upstairs in their living quarters and not downstairs near our room which felt awkward.

The room was immaculately clean. The stay was quiet and very enjoyable.

Extra bathroom would be good.

Location and cleanliness

Shared bathroom up a flight of stairs. We were not told we could use the upstairs kitchen and other facilities. It felt like we were staying in a bedroom at someone's house. Not suitable for people with mobility issues (we fall in that category). We were not told what could be access in the place when we were briefly greeted. Going up the front door up a set of uneven narrow rock stairs can be a challenge with large suitcases.

Loved the view

The only thing we didn’t like was misleading information in the website. It gave the impression that you have your own kitchen & bathroom when in fact, you had to share these facilities with other guests as well as the owners.
